Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited on extending financial support to 6 SPVs of Vibrant Energy Holdings Pte. Ltd. (Vibrant Energy) aggregating to INR 210 crore.

The Project and Project Finance Practice of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited with respect to financial assistance availed by 6 SPVs of Vibrant Energy. The transaction team was led by Subhojit Sadhu, Partner; Yash Jain, Partner; with support from Madhur Verma, Principal Associate; Arshi Siddiqui, Consultant; and Janani Chandrasekaran, Associate.

As a part of the transaction, 6 SPVs of Vibrant Energy Holdings Pte. Ltd., namely (a) Arkha Solar Power Private Limited; (b) Egan Solar Power Private Limited; (c) Ethan Energy India Private Limited; (d) Natems Solar Power Private Limited; (e) Repal Green Power Private Limited; and (f) Repal Renewables Private Limited, sought financing support for repayment/ refinancing of the investments made in the construction and development of their solar power project being developed in the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.

The transaction was signed on 6^th October, 2023, and closing is expected this quarter.
