Debashree Dutta and Roopali Singh joins Vritti Law Partners as Founding Partners along with Shameek Chaudhuri and Arvind Ramesh.

Vritti Law Partners welcomes its founding partners, Debashree Dutta and Roopali Singh on board. 

Debashree is a finance lawyer who has wide ranging banking & finance practise with particular expertise  in project financing in infrastructure sectors, acquisition and structured financings, loan portfolio  acquisitions and securitisations, private credit, real estate financings, fintech and debt restructurings  and insolvency. She is an alumna of ILS Law College, Pune, and holds a Masters in Law and Finance  from University of Oxford, UK. She will be based out of Mumbai office.

Roopali Singh is a disputes lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in international commercial  and domestic arbitrations, corporate and commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters, and white-collar crime. Roopali has represented top corporations, private equity funds and government  and state-owned entities at some of the world’s

leading fora and institutions. She was recently featured in the Global Arbitration Review 100 (GAR 100) 2022. 

With Roopali joining, Vritti Law Partners is also inaugurating its New Delhi office.

The next two decades in India will create new complexities, opportunities  and diversities in the law, both domestic and international.
