His practice took a definitive turn with the backing and support of his spouse Mrs. Kabita Mohanty, M.A. (Applied Economics), LL.B, CAIIB.

Adv. Kailash Chandra Kanungo has been actively dealing into service cases in Central Administrative Tribunal, Constitutional matters in High Court & Supreme Court. He has been one of the active empanelment lawyers of Puri Gramya Bank, BSNL, Indian Railways, NCERT etc. He had represented and got a favourable judgement while representing Mr. Nar Bahadur Bhandari, Former Chief Minister of Sikkim.

Adv. Kabita Mohanty was a banker by profession having served around 37 years in UCO Bank which also includes a deputation of 8 years at Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI), Delhi. She has rich experience in the field of banking & GST related matters.

Mrs. Rachna Maheshwari, B.Com, MA (Lit), LL.M (Environmental Laws), PGD (Environmental Law and Policy) has worked on national & international employment laws and is a proficient legal researcher. An avid writer by interest she has published several articles and has worked as a copywriter and content writer for several media organizations in the past.

Adv. Naved Azam, graduated B.A. (Hon.) from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University in 2010 and obtained his LL.B. degree from I.M.E. Law college in 2013. After enrolling as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi, he primarily practices in the High Court of Delhi, District Courts of Delhi-NCR and other judicial fora including DRT, DRAT, NCDRC. Mr. Vikhar Ahmed B. graduated with B.A. LL.B from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore University and holds the distinction of being a double Master’s viz. Master in Business Law (M.B.L) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore and LL.M from Kuvempu University, Bangalore. He carries with him 13 years of rich experience in dispute resolution, while practicing law in the fields of Constitutional, Civil, Criminal and Corporate Law.
