After having read law at School of Law, Christ University, Bengaluru, Nikunj started his law career as a junior counsel in the Chambers of Justice B Vijaysen Reddy Sir and worked extensively on various real estate, litigation and corporate matters at the High Court for the State of Telangana, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District Court, NCLT, Hyderabad, State and District Consumer Commission, Revenue Courts, amongst others. His standout contribution in the chamber of Justice B Vijaysen Reddy Sir was in developing the chamber’s Debt Recovery Tribunal practice.

After Justice B Vijaysen Reddy Sir’s elevation in the year 2020, Nikunj continued in the chamber which was then being headed by Mr Vivek Jain, Advocate. Under Mr. Jain, Nikunj started working extensively in civil litigation and real estate matters and started handling arbitrations.

He thereafter founded Pivot Legal (www.pivotlegal.in) his own chamber practice with focus and expertise in litigation and real estate matters especially in Commerical Arbitrations, Debt Recovery, Constitutional Laws, Consumer Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Start-up compliances, amongst others.

Nikunj is also empanelled as a Panel Advocate for New India Assurance Company and is a Panel Advocate for the High Court for the State of Telangana's Legal Services Committee.
