An experienced Corporate law and Intellectual Property law advisor to manufacturing companies, start ups, resolution professionals, Committee of Creditors and liquidators. She practices primarily in NCLT & High Court of Punjab & Haryana. She is a graduate from Panjab University and completed her Masters in Corporate and Financial Laws from OP Jindal University. 

With a sound grounding in corporate debt restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, voluntary liquidation, initiation of CIRP, winding up and corporate governance proceedings under Company Law, supplemented by experience in compliances for corporates across at least a dozen sectors over the last 5 years, She is an independent legal advisor to corporates in the Punjab region as well as other parts of India.

Her insolvency law advice extends to drafting and submission of insolvency petitions, advising RPs on tricky claim admissions, Insolvency matters, company law matters, all aspects of running the corporate insolvency resolution process, leading the Committee of Creditors (COC) meetings and providing legal advise/responses to any kind of queries posed by lenders on real time basis in large COC meetings, advising on all aspects of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and Regulations thereunder.

Her litigation advisory and representation practice includes devising strategies with resource-optimised outcomes, Drafting/ review and filing of Misc Applications, Petitions, Appeals, Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders before NCLT, NCLAT, High Court, DRT, Consumer Courts, Supreme Court and preparing Counters and legal research on relevant cases.

She also advises on compliances for companies across sectors such as manufacturing (textiles, metals, auto), pharma and healthcare, insurance, banks and NBFCs, construction, energy, real estate, e-commerce among others. Negotiating and drafting commercial agreements relating to, inter-alia, Mergers/ Acquisition are also within her scope. 

She regularly appears in forums such as NCLT/NCLAT, MSME, DRT, RERA and Consumer Court in addition to the High Court.
