Robin Vincent is currently practicing as an Advocate and Intellectual Property Attorney based at Patna, Bihar . He completed his B.A.LL.B (Intellectual Property Law Hons.) from Central University of South Bihar and is a Gold Medalist. Further he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Law Institute, Delhi.

He has previously been associated with RNA Technology and IP Attorneys as a Trainee Associate. He has also worked as an Associate at Corporate Legal Partners, New Delhi. Currently he is practicing as an Advocate at Patna High Court and as an IP Attorney before the various registries.

He was a participant of the WIPO-INDIA Summer School 2019 conducted by WIPO, MNLU and RGNIIPM at Nagpur. He has done various certificate programs from World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Indian Institute of Patent and Trademark., New Delhi.
