Shivika Mehra is an advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court of India. She’s a 3rd generation legal professional focused on upholding and building upon the legacy bestowed upon her. 

In a career spanning almost a decade she has practiced across the breadth of the legal spectrum- from cases which pertain to complex questions of law and constitutionality to commercial disputes across sectors.

She believes firmly that the law has to be approached in a holistic fashion and has consequently practiced across fora including, the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across the country, the DRT/DRAT, NCLT/NCLAT, to mention a few. 

She is also a Counsel for the UoI and has thus, acted on behalf of the Union in several cases which have had a consequential impact on the social fabric of the nation. She is of the firm belief that justice should be accessible to the citizenry at large and should not remain confined to those who can afford to pay for it, In furtherance of this ideal she has accepted a role as an empanelled advocate in the SCLSC which aims to provide pro bono legal services to those in need of them.
