The firm is founded upon the office started in early 1980’s by Mr.S.N.Gupta who, after practicing as a lawyer for almost 15 years was elevated to be an Additional District Judge, Delhi until his retirement in year 2008.

Mr.Gupta being possessed with unquestionable knowledge and vast experience in all the legal fields and sectors is now the Primary Consultant to the firm.

Mr.Gupta during his tenure as Add. District Judge, Delhi has experienced and decided cases of various kinds such as of civil disputes relating to land & property disputes, recovery, commercial and corporate transactions, etc and also Criminal Trials and Appeals.

Mr.Gupta now after his retirement is supervising the functioning of all cases in the firm and himself actively looks after the litigation before Supreme Court of India and High Court and handling cases of almost all natures including civil, criminal and matrimonial disputes.

Mr.Gupta also hold many arbitration tribunals and also is being appointed as Local Commissioner by the High Court of Delhi. He is also a certified Mediator and has also attended various legal conferences and workshops across the country.
