Acts for and advises Indian Insurers and Reinsurers as coverage counsel focusing on liability lines of business including D&O, E&O, Cyber, EPLI, Product Liability and FI. Arjun has also advised on claims under commercial lines such as industrial all risk, fire, engineering, marine cargo, contingency insurance and subrogation. He assists his clients with their coverage response following notification, associated claims handling and costs monitoring. Arjun also acts as defence counsel where coverage is contested and in subrogated recoveries pursued by his clients.
