Ms. J.Priyadarshni completed her B.B.A LL.B from Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College, Pune, Maharashtra. She holds a Diploma in Corporate Law from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. Priyadarshni is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.  Her practice areas are Litigation, Corporate, Data privacy, Trademark, International Business Law, and Copyright.

Priyadarshni represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Civil, and Criminal Courts, NCLT, DRT, Consumer forums, and other Courts and Tribunals. She also deals with claims pertaining to violation of advertisement, and broadcasting code violations before ASCI, and NBDA. Besides, Ms. Priyadarshni is committed to making justice accessible to all. She is a panel Advocate for State Legal Services Authority.

Priyadarshni has corporate commercial practice, which, majorly includes contract drafting and negotiations, statutory compliances, corporate advisory, and due diligence. She has extensive knowledge and experience in serving Startups and corporates. She has provided legal guidance to various successful Startups.
