Mr. Sandeep Chilana specializes in taxation, white collar, money laundering and commercial laws with focus on strategic planning, advisory and litigation services having a total experience of more than 14 years.

Prior to starting Chilana independent chamber practice, Sandeep worked as Partner with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. for more than 11 years.

Amongst others, he has been well recognized in the industry as one of the thought leaders on taxation laws and has successfully advised various domestic and multinational client on various complex tax structuring transactions. He is also a part of various expert committees of business chambers on GST.

Sandeep has in-depth experience in providing end-to-end handholding support to clients in investigation by various authorities such as Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED), Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Directorate General of GST Investigation (DGGI), Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) etc. in relation to allegations of tax evasion, white collar crime, money laundering, benami properties etc.

Sandeep also regularly represent various clients on complicated litigation issues before various judicial foras including NCLT, Tax Tribunals, High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
