Mr. Sheroy M Bodhanwalla is a dual qualified legal practitioner, qualified to practice law in both India and New York. He holds a Bachelor of Legal Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mumbai. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the Duke University School of Law, USA wherein he specialised in international and American domestic arbitration, dispute resolution, negotiation and the business & economics of law firms, with a detailed study of arbitration proceedings conducted under the aegis of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules of Arbitration and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Rules of Arbitration.
