Dhwani Mehta is a qualified B.L.S. L L.B. degree holder and a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. She has over 10 years of experience in the real estate & infrastructure sector.

Her main forte is the real estate sector including redevelopment projects of society, MHADA, slum etc. Her area of practice is not only limited to drafting and vetting of legal documents but also carrying out title verifications, registration of projects with RERA, deemed conveyance, due diligence, sales and purchases, development agreements, permanent alternate accommodation agreements, agreements for sale etc.

Her other areas of practice include contract drafting and review, contract administration of Corporate Commercial and Real Estate sectors.
