Radhika Bishwajit Dubey has about 16 years of experience in dispute resolution with special focus on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including arbitration and mediation. Radhika regularly represents clients before various fora including the Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals in high stake commercial matters. She is also a Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India and Additional Standing Counsel for MCD. After completing her law graduation, she enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2007 and joined Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul as his judicial clerk. Thereafter, she worked in Dubai with Horizon and Co. In 2010, she joined Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff and Co. In 2015, she joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and was subsequently promoted to partnership. She has taken to independent practice recently.

Apart from her Counsel practice, she has also been appointed as an Arbitrator in a host of matters. She is empaneled as an arbitrator with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre as well. She is a trained mediator with the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee, and also empaneled with the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. She has many of her pieces published in various journals.

She regularly gets invited as a speaker to various events to deliver lectures on arbitration and other legal issues. Supreme Court Cases (SCCOnline) has also collaborated with her to spearhead the initiative on mental health and the legal fraternity.
