Mr. Saket Agarwal is a seasoned legal professional with nearly two decades of experience in corporate and allied laws. 

A skilled and experienced litigator, Mr. Agarwal has handled a broad spectrum of matters, including writ petitions, recovery suits, specific performance actions, trademark infringement litigation, injunction matters, company petitions, and various proceedings before the High Courts, Company Law Board, and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

He has significant experience in advising and representing clients in the formation and negotiation of joint ventures, as well as in general commercial and corporate law matters. His expertise spans diverse areas such as corporate advisory, transactional matters, and corporate-commercial disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals.
