Vikhil Dhoka is a qualified B.L.S. L L. B degree holder and a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since, 2009

He practices in all Courts/Tribunals and various other quasi-judicial authorities in India on matters pertaining to Redevelopment, Co-operative Societies, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, RERA, Corporate, MSME, Consumer Forum, Cheque Bounce, MHADA, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Tenancy, Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Trust, Property Law, Taxation etc. He not only specializes in drafting and pleadings but also appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has been part of team for some landmark judgements of the Hon’ble High Court at Bombay and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

He also looks after non-litigation assignments such as Deed of Conveyance, Redevelopment Agreement, Lease Deed, Memorandum of Understanding, Share Purchase Agreement, Agreement for Sale, Leave and License Agreement, Will, Gift Deed etc. as well as registration of Trade Marks, Copyright, Design and Patent. He also looks into registration of Trade Marks, Copyright, Design and Patent outside India too.

He was also interviewed by Spin TV, India’s first, 24/7 dedicated channel for real estate, on three topics i.e. (i) Buying and Selling of Property, (ii) Real Estate Joint Venture and (iii) Society Redevelopment. It has been released as four episodes on You Tube. He has been invited to lecture on Property Law by several organisations.
